The truth is that (1) there is zero evidence of authorized torture (2) the wiretapping in question isn't illegal, and (3) winning the war in the Middle East just might save Western Civilization.
Zero.

Also: You've got me convinced that Jack Bauer is just an evil sonuvabitch, and feeling guilty for following his story...
I haven't been able to watch 24 in years. It is (was, anyway) very well done, but I don't like the way it made me feel. I don't like the way it made me cheer for Bauer.
